As to the Biden's private jet flight, I heard that Current President (Trump) is arranging this as a token of respect. So it is a custom and not official procedure, kind of like President saluting the soldiers.

I think this (cutting cable) happens more often than we hear about. It gets taken down on underground media. MSM never covers. Found it happened where my son went to school in AZ. Out away from any housing they got it partially cut. Took out much communication banks, phones, stores etc. I found out and researched found a cable exposed that looked as tall as a person. But didn’t stay on internet very long.
