Scott, so appreciate your podcasts and your faithfulness to our God! We walk by faith, not by sight, and we have to choose this day whom we will serve. I believe we have to struggle a bit as we have to mature in our faith. I am being strengthened because so many of the trappings of this life have been stripped away. It's a time of growing pains. ❤

It is appropriate to remind people that Jesus said that He came not to bring peace, but a sword. Too many acquiesce to quietness. I don't see Christianity as a quiet way of life. People mistake this. We are always at war in the spiritual realm; sometimes our fight bleeds over into this realm. Our God is a lion. Who roars and who wins every battle. May we be warriors worthy of being in God's army.

We chose blessing or cursing...we also don't understand what a curse is or how to use them. A curse is setting something apart for destruction. The best blessing from God is for Him to burn out the iniquity within my heart (set the iniquityin my heart apart for destruction) ...as painful to my soul as that may be. I chose to either let go of that part of myself and be molded in His image, or cling to that part of me and be destroyed along with it. Double edged sword cuts them and us...
