My uncle was a Freemason and was involved with my parents meeting. He was navy ported in Hamburg. Dad’s family was in Hamburg visiting the ships and missed the last train. Uncle invited them in for dinner and to sleep lol. Uncle told them he had a niece (Mom) and they decided to be pen pals with my Dads parents daughter Heinka. After they were pen pals for a year my Mom went to visit Germany. She was supposed to hang with my Dad’s sister Heinka and she took off. My Mom ended up with my Dad.
