I didn't take the vaccine and I'm still well and my family is still praying to The Lord God Almighty and Jesus Christ 🙏 I'm disabled and it's hard for me to exercise but I will protect my family with everything I have in me. I'm telling everyone that we have to sing like you said and Happy Mother's Day to everyone

My family is praying plus we are taking Vitamin supplements Including C,D,Zinc, and a Multi Vitamins supplement I've got Elderberry to make syrup and I'm going to try to make this a drink instead of a syrup

During the winter there is cheap red light therapies that can help during the winter months. The bulbs are cheap and and holders are inexpensive.

Dr's mentioned on Dr. T's podcast that if you have no Dr. to access to call into Frontline Drs & they may be able to direct you to a Dr in your state of residence to obtain Rx (like Ivermectin & others) . + if you have reactions to chemicals Dr. Mercola has said in past to buy Technical or Food Grade H2O2. (I have MCS so need lab purified) If you cannot find this at your local Health Food store I have purchased Tech Grade from a Co that sells it.
