Religion wants to become the HEAD, which is Christ. If they were under the Headship of Christ, there would be no division, they would be doing the works God commanded, and the world would be a very different place.

In my meager understanding, the Israelites were God's COVENANTed people because of Abraham and for the sake of "clean bloodlines" for the sake of the Holy Seed, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And, unlike us, God does NOT break COVENANT. Jesus was the Mediator of the NEW COVENANT, fulfilling both the Law and the Prophets, and bringing ALL peoples, not just the Jews, into God's favor and His promises.

Listening at 1:35 am. Probably going to fall asleep before it's over.. Denominations are divisive. And mechanisms of control. The "Church" has been infiltrated. Personally, I believe that the Preachers who are on the world's stage, are much like the politicians and movie stars. Many have sold their souls and Scripture makes it very clear regarding the teachers and about judgement on "Shepherds" who lead the flock astray.
