A critical thing to remember is that this IS a spiritual battle. "Just pray" seems like the pat answer, but it is the power that enables the forces in the spiritual realm to operate. We will always need physical action, of course, but everyone can help with this fight by simply asking God to empower His troops to do His work in the spiritual world.

Father, we praise you for Your love. We ask that You give us eyes to see when evil is before us, hearts to hate evil and the desire to flee from it. Draw us closer to You and hold fast to what is good. The more we know You the more dangerous we become to the evil forces. Satan has no authority over us, except the authority we grant him by believing him. May we be more preoccupied with You - Amen

I walk in the faith & teachings the Eastern Nestorian Christian as they were well grounded in faith of a Mystic Christianity as taught by his deciples that traveled east. They had results that went unmatched by the church of Rome. In fact it was the Roman church that was the demise of this beautiful religion that was to be lived & experienced. Let's bring this back to life in his Name. This was a blend of all faiths united under Christ Name. It worked!

Our first church was Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Cincinnati Ohio. Our Pastor Steve Sjogren wrote the book "Random Acts of Kindness" and we all walked it out. Our church grew and grew. We also had a well developed recovery and small group ministry so that when the people came, we were ready. It was an amazing time, around 1993 to 2001.

Cast your burdens upon the Lord, he shall sustain you. He will never let the righteous to be shaken.

Their belief is so strong because the immediate gratification they get from things of the flesh are easier to obtain than the path that Jesus asks us to follow .
