@ThatLesa, these are difficult times, and there is no easy answer because everyone experiences things in a different way. BUT, we know Who is our rock and foundation. Maybe take a few hours, light some candles and put on some worship music. Let yourself get lost in the sounds and voices. Focus on the lyrics and the sounds of their voices. Then join in if you're comfortable. I find that worship dispels the worry. It doesn't eliminate it, but it keeps it at bay and

They offer free counsel and may be able to assist you via Internet or phone. They have a Facebook page and you can check them out there.
