Cherish ev moment...I miss my mom everyday. She use to bake bread for me & my brothers & we all helped knead the dough. The aroma of homemade bread never escapes ur mind nor do the moments we shared. She did the same w/ all her grandkids. I, in turn, did the same w/ my kids & niece & nephews. I still do it from time to time & it ALWAYS takes me back to special place. Right now my kids are distant from me either in miles or the evil one putting a wedge. I pray for all families/ppl that God ...

I used to have one of those hand cranked ice cream maker. I used at the nursing home I worked at with the residents I was the recreation director. Ice cream making was their favorite activity on the calendar. So many amazing conversations went on while they cranked ice cream.
