The times we are in increasingly reflect the prophesy of Daniel and the rise of the Stone Kingdom. That demands of us to lean more heavily into God for clarity. Trump could be walking the path of Nebuchadnezzar, yet we are called to pray for clarity, understanding our role and to pray that God's hand bring Trump back to righteous path. The temptations of Zionism are significant and are steering a nation away from the blessings of a God. Our role is important and not passive.

Amen! I listen to a lot of gospel and through a few, I had begun to question if we were in the ”satans little season”. Whew. I have tears of joy and peace back in my heart, to Know the truth. Thank you both for putting my pondering to rest! Bards is a blessing from God. I have heard Trump compare himself to Nebuchadnezzar and my thought was: be careful what you pray for.

Amen brother! Your comment about Daniel 4 is an illustration of what I had in my mind when I wrote my comment. Because we didn’t learn that Biblical lesson as humanity, and so Jesus came to show us who we were always intended to be 🙏✝️💖

Whoops, that went off without the thought for some reason! What if…all the Bible stories are allegories, accounts of the journeys towards enlightenment of God’s children through the ages? The battles with the entity Jesus called the god of this world? And finally the arrival of Jesus, who came to rescue us because we were hopelessly lost. His wisdom, his Word, his Way of being was the Way back to our Father and through Jesus we could discover who we were all along?

Daniel 4—and the humbling of King Nebuchadnezzar—reminds us how quickly pride can lead to a fall.
