Jarrin also claims that ”Title 26 is a non-positive law, which means Congress never passed it.” The current version of Title 26 was passed by the House in 1985, the Senate in 1986, and then signed by President Regan. No one should be consulting Jarrin for legal advice.

I wonder where Jarrin gets his information about state bar associations being private member associations. In Jarrin’s home state of Oklahoma, ”The Oklahoma Bar Association is an arm of the Oklahoma Supreme Court and does not receive any appropriations from the Oklahoma Legislature.” I copied and pasted that off of the OKBar website. No one should be consulting Jarrin for legal advice.

Article 1, Section 1 of the US Constitution states, ”All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” In other words, the Constitution gives Congress the power to make laws. In Jarrin’s interpretation of the Constitution, those laws are for and giggles. In the real world, those laws carry real penalties if not followed. No one should be consulting Jarrin for legal advice.
