Would you consider a bread making video?

Some of us really do have an autoimmune disease. Celiac. We get very sick with wheat. Though we love fresh bread, we can not tolerate whole wheat. Just saying. It’s real.!!

In Italy, up until about the fifties, in the small towns there was the town bakery where you brought your bread once a week to be baked. Everyone brought their dough there. They also had the public fountain that was created like a long washing board going down both sides of the basin for washing their clothes. I can still sometimes find women gathering there to wash their clothes together in company.

Oh, how I hate that I missed this live! It comes on too late in my time zone for my dark-o-thirty wake up. Yes, get some bread dough in your hands! I love the idea of praying over the dough.
