If Israel will confess their iniquity: Apostle addressed this again in : [1Jo 1:9 KJV] 9 If we (Nation Israel) confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

So is not God is speaking to the Nation Israel Only here?
